About U-Stor-It
U-Stor-It sits in Ruckersville and rents to folks who need a place for their stuff, from household goods to bigger items. Reviewers bring up cleanliness a lot, and several note the units were clean when they first opened the door. The signup happens online, day or night, and renters say the process took just a few minutes. Rates come up often in reviews, mostly in a good way, with people saying the price beat other quotes they got. Camille at the front office gets named more than once for answering quickly and sorting out a lock mix-up between two neighboring units. Access runs through a gate, and one reviewer found the 7 to 7 gate hours limiting. Not every review is warm; one renter warns to read the lease and points to limited access and the layout. The listing shows 24/7 access as an amenity, so it is worth confirming the gate schedule that applies to your unit.
