About U-Stor-It Self Storage - Lisle
U-Stor-It in Lisle keeps a self-storage lot with spots for RVs, boats and cars alongside its regular units. Reviewers bring up the clean space more than anything else, and the staff gets steady praise too, with one naming Rene as kind and helpful and another saying the team answered questions without any pressure to rent on the spot. Signing up tends to go fast. People mention reserving online and a quick check-in, and one renter found a spot without much hassle. If you need to move furniture around a remodel, there is a heated building on site. Online bill pay, after-hours call center support and individual access codes are part of how the place runs. It is not all warm reviews. Two long-term renters wrote about billing disputes, one over a move to a different parking spot that led to double charges for close to a year, another over a refund that was refused for unused time on a unit they cleaned out. Worth reading those before you sign and keeping an eye on your statements.
