About U-Store - Bladensburg 3860
U-Store on Bladensburg Road handles more than household goods. Alongside climate-controlled and drive-up units, there is outdoor parking for RVs, boats, ATVs and other vehicles. The lot is gated, lit and watched by cameras around the clock, and tenants get 24/7 access. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff first. Several describe the team as kind and courteous, and one notes the manager goes out of her way and remembers regulars. Easy access and a clean facility come up too. A few people mention the assistant manager sorting out a complaint to their satisfaction, and another says a maintenance worker fixed a unit problem almost right away. One caution worth repeating from the reviews: check your unit before you rent. A customer who booked a 5x7 online ended up with a smaller space and was told sizes are estimates. Given the 4.6 rating across 95 reviews, most people come away happy. Reserve online if you want to skip the office paperwork.
