About United Mini Storage
United Mini Storage sits in Pagosa Springs and offers RV parking plus storage units in different sizes. The property is gated, and the team is available seven days a week to answer questions. Reviewers often mention how simple the online process is, with one saying it made a busy move much easier. People also point to easy access and good communication. One reviewer appreciated that a keypad was added to the front gate, and another said changes get emailed right away. The manager, Andrea, gets called out by name for walking customers through setup and answering questions. Not every review is positive, though. One person complained about new fees and rude service after a change in ownership. If you want a straightforward place to park your rig or store your things, this one has a solid rating and plenty of feedback about helpful staff. The online process and gated entry come up again and again.
