About United of Pasco Self Storage

United of Pasco Self Storage on the west side of Port Richey handles both storage units and U-Haul rentals. Reviewers often bring up pricing, and several say the rates are hard to beat. It's well lit and clean, two things that come up more than once in the reviews. The staff gets a lot of credit. Sara and Alex are named for being helpful, and people describe the team as upbeat and polite. One reviewer says they stayed late to show a second unit. Another mentions a rental mix-up that got sorted out on the spot. Not every visit goes smoothly. A couple of reviewers walked out after waiting at the counter, so service can lag when the office is busy. For storage, though, the feedback leans positive, including one person who kept belongings there for three years and found no bugs or spiders when moving out. Hours vary, so call ahead if you need the office rather than the gate.

“My rental was a nightmare when I returned it. I found out I wasn’t in the right truck (it had cigarette burn in seat and dog feces in the back) and the car dolly was not dispatched properly because it was on a maintenance order to be…” – Amber S., 3 years ago, on Google
“Easily one of the bests places if you want quality, reliable customer service. Unlike most places I've rented from, United Pasco got me everything i needed in under 10 minutes.” – Tyree D., 4 years ago, on Google
“Amazing service! Great prices on U-hauls and we had our stuff in their storage facility for 3 years. No problems and even after all that time there wasn't a single bug or spider in our stuff we moved it out!” – Choppie C., 7 years ago, on Google
