About United RV & Self Storage

United RV & Self Storage is an RV storage lot in North Highlands, California. It holds a 4.6 star rating from 12 Google reviews, and the written ones tend to talk about the people running it. One reviewer praises Will by name for being easy going and informative during a move, and another calls the manager really friendly. Someone else notes the staff worked with them because their RV is registered in a parent's name, a paperwork snag that trips up other lots. A two year customer describes the owners as polite and communicative. Not every review is warm. One person says things changed after United took over and the on site manager was cut, leaving nobody there overnight. They report their trailer was taken and the gate was found wide open. Reviews are split, so read through them before you commit.
