One reported a catalytic converter theft and later a break-in, and said attempts to reach anyone in charge went nowhere. Another pointed out that cameras only help if someone watches them. Rain is the other recurring complaint. The lot has flooded in the past, and one reviewer described having to move their rig before the lot turned into a lake. A drainage pipe has since gone in, though that reviewer still docked stars for the dusty gravel. On the plus side, people describe helpful staff, including one who stepped in when a trailer separated from its truck. Rent went up 20 percent at one customer's one-year mark.
