About Valley Storage - Hagerstown - All Star Court
Valley Storage on All Star Court sits just off Dual Highway and I-70 in Hagerstown. It's a self-storage facility with climate-controlled indoor units and parking options, all behind a gate with security cameras. Online payments and contactless renting are available if you'd rather handle things from your phone. The reviews often mention the staff by name. Chuck, David, Michael, and Nora come up for being helpful and flexible, especially when people are dealing with deployments or moving after a fire. Reviewers also note the property is clean and the rental process is easy. One reviewer had a dispute over a lockout and prorating, so it's worth reading the lease terms closely. It's veteran-owned and women-owned, with wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking. If you need a climate-controlled unit for furniture or documents, or a spot to park your rig indoors, this place is worth a look.
