About Valley Storage - Inwood

Valley Storage sits in Inwood, West Virginia, and rents units for household goods and vehicles, including boats and RVs. The property is gated with keypad access, and temperature-controlled units are available. A wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot are on site, and the business identifies as veteran-owned and women-owned. Reviewers tend to bring up the same things: the units and grounds stay clean, and the staff come across as polite and helpful. Several mention getting a unit set up quickly, sometimes during the first phone call with same-day access. One customer called it the easiest rental experience they had. Not every review is warm. A few complain about rates going up and about tough conversations with the office, and one said the emergency line went unanswered. Rentals and payments can be handled online, and the office is open during set hours rather than around the clock. Dollies and moving carts are available, along with moving boxes and luggage storage. If you want specifics on availability, the office is the place to ask.
