About Valley Storage - Shepherdstown
Valley Storage on Shepherd Grade Road is a self-storage facility in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, with a 4.6-star rating from 116 Google reviews. RV owners will find gated access and cameras on site, plus drive-up units that make loading and unloading straightforward. The facility also handles boat and automobile storage. Reviewers consistently mention the helpful staff. One person said they were greeted with a smile by the property manager, and another appreciated being able to speak with an actual human. Cleanliness comes up often too, with comments on clean units and a well-kept property. Some reviewers noted moving carts that made unloading easier. Not every review is positive. A few recent ones mention problems after a change in management, including difficulty reaching anyone by phone and new fees for online payments.
