About Washington Self Storage Company
Washington Self Storage Company sits in downtown West Richland. Units are drive-up and come in 12 sizes. The place is gated with an 8-foot fence, cameras, and lights. A resident manager is on site. You can rent and pay online 24/7 or call from 9am to 9pm any day. Office hours for in-person renting are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Reviews are mixed. Some renters call it very affordable and say the people are nice and quick to respond. One noted their smallest unit fit a queen bed, dresser, and tubs. Others report problems: a gate that takes effort to move, leaks, dirt, and a unit locked with someone else's lock. One reviewer had belongings stolen and recommends insurance. The neighborhood is not fancy, but the price is competitive. If you want cheap storage and can look past the rough edges, it may work. Check the unit yourself before you sign.
