About Whites Storage - Self-Service

Whites Storage in Penobscot runs on a self-service model, so you handle the rental online and get into your unit within 24 hours. They advertise web-only discounts and a free storage calculator to help you pick a size. It's a straightforward setup without a front desk. Google reviews are mixed, averaging 2.7 from seven ratings. Some people mention helpful support with the electronic lock, but others describe problems with gate codes not working, unexpected insurance charges, and refunds that were promised but not delivered. A few also note that customer service is handled out of state. If you're considering it, read the rental terms closely. The online process is quick, but the reviews suggest you should confirm the details before you commit.
