About Wilkes-Barre Storage Units
Wilkes-Barre Storage Units sets aside outdoor parking spots for RVs and boats alongside its regular storage units. The lot is fenced and gated, and renters get a gate code for coming and going. Reviewers bring up the lighting more than once, so nights there aren't a blackout. The staff get the most mentions by far, and the word that keeps coming up is friendly. People describe quick answers about rates and due dates, and one renter walked through the whole process with an employee from start to finish. The property comes up as clean and secure in review after review, and a few folks said the cost felt fair. One trucker moving from Missouri said they had the size he needed. It isn't all smooth. One reviewer paid in full and got a gate code that wouldn't open the unit, then couldn't get a manager on the phone. Go in knowing that's in the mix. The facility has posted hours rather than round-the-clock access.
