Yucca RV & Self Storage

About Yucca RV & Self Storage

Yucca RV & Self Storage sits in Rio Communities and offers covered RV parking along with a range of drive-up self storage units. Reviewers rate it 4.5 stars across 44 Google reviews, and many of them mention the friendly staff and managers by name. One calls Deb the nicest person around. Another points to the security and monitoring as a reason they feel good about storing there. Access is 24/7, which comes up often in reviews as a real plus. People also like being able to pay online, though a few warn you need to keep an eye on your billing. One reviewer says they've had to re-sort their bill every month. Others say the office offers plenty of ways to pay and that late fees are on you. A long-time renter noted that reaching someone got harder and unlocking a unit after a missed payment took a couple of days. There's also a review about flooding after a major storm, and the insurance offered didn't cover it. Other commenters note that half of Valencia County flooded and call it a natural disaster. The facility itself is described as fine and clean. If you want covered RV space and around-the-clock access, it's worth a look, but stay on top of your payments.
