About Bolivar Peninsula RV Park
Bolivar Peninsula RV Park sits in Crystal Beach, a short drive from the Gulf and the ferry to Galveston. It's a mix of full-hookup sites, lakefront spots, and pull-through options. Tent camping is available too. The park has a fishing lake and a large dog park, both of which come up often in reviews. Reviewers mention the quiet atmosphere and easy beach access. Recent guests point to updated showers and restrooms, plus a laundromat with air conditioning. One long-term resident says the park has been turned around under new management. Others note friendly staff and clean campsites. Some older reviews flag dirty bathrooms and a non-working electrical outlet, so it's worth checking recent feedback. The pond and dog park get consistent praise. The Nauti Beaver Hut next door is mentioned for dinner and music. Check-in is at 2 PM. Wi-Fi and parking are free.
