About A To Z Self Storage - Tatamy
A To Z runs two spots in the Palmer Township area: drive-up self storage units plus outside parking for RVs, boats and trailers, and a newer dedicated parking lot on Fox Hill Road. Reviewers who park rigs there call the lot flat and spacious, and one person who moved from another facility said getting in and out is easy. The property is gated and lit, with 24/7 access, and more than one reviewer mentions remote monitoring at the Fox Hill lot. Several renters point to the staff by name-level praise, calling them friendly and easy to deal with, and say setup and unit selection went smoothly. A long-term unit renter said their stuff stayed dry, with a heads-up about dust from nearby cornfields. Active military, police, fire and rescue get ongoing discounts with proper ID, and veterans get a discount on November rent. Online payment comes up often in reviews. Some note limited staffed hours and rates on the higher side.

“I recently switched from Moove In to AtoZ, and never looked back! Moove In kept raising my rates to store a 20 foot trailer, going as high as $200 a month! I also had to park my trailer on a weird incline because of their location.” – Shashi V., a year ago, on Google
“Generally good feedback for this service. I do find the following concerns: (1) availability of hours where the site is staffed.” – John G., 6 months ago, on Google
“I had a unit for over 7 years and it was exactly how described! Staffing is always pleasant to talk with in my experiences.” – Sierra s., 11 months ago, on Google
