About Airport Safe Storage
Airport Safe Storage sits outside the middle of town in Ellensburg, which several reviewers say makes getting in and out quick. The site is gated with a code you enter and exit, and reviewers describe the lot as clean and well lit. One noted a discount for autopay. Folks tend to bring up the manager. She's called helpful and responsive more than once, including on the phone when setting up a booking. Reviewers also mention staff being kind and efficient. One person moving out said the office was already handling the cancellation before they got around to calling. Not every review is glowing. One person said their calls went unanswered and a voicemail went unreturned. The listing tells you to call about available units, so that's worth knowing going in. Others say rates were reasonable and they'd rent here again.
