About Alpha Storage Michigan City, IN
Alpha Storage is a multi-story, family-owned operation that has served Indiana and Michigan residents since 2001. RV owners can pick between heated indoor bays and a gated, fenced outdoor lot. Boats, motorcycles, and cars fit here too. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People call the front desk folks sweet and personable, and one reviewer said a younger employee went above and beyond. A customer who stored two cars for five years reported no problems, a clean building, and no signs of rodents. Others describe the facility as extremely secure, with no way for someone without a unit to get near your rig. There are caveats. Access is limited to business hours, and weekends can get busy enough that you wait for an elevator. One reviewer also raised a billing dispute over insurance charges. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign.
