About American Way Storage
American Way Storage is a locally owned spot in Benton, Illinois, and it's veteran owned and operated. RVs, boats and household goods all fit here, with covered, indoor and outdoor storage options. The place runs on month to month rentals, so you aren't locked into a long commitment. Access is seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and the grounds have security cameras and bright LED lighting. Reviewers mention clean grounds and units, and several note that they felt secure there. One person had a unit for almost two years with no issues at all. Renting online is a common thread in the reviews. People picked a unit size, paid, and got a confirmation and invoice within minutes, then found their unit without trouble. Others called and got a helpful person on the line. Pricing comes up as fair for the size, though one reviewer was unhappy when rates changed after new ownership. Indoor climate control units are also offered.
