About Big Box Storage Elizabethton
Big Box Storage Elizabethton is a self-storage spot on the self-storage side of things, and the reviews back up the basics. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff, saying they're helpful and willing to answer questions, and one long-term renter said they've had no problems in over a year. You get 24-hour access, and cameras and key code gates are part of the setup. One reviewer said they like the accessibility and that the area around the units stays clean. Rates come up too: one person called them reasonable, and another who's been there three years said prices have mostly stayed consistent. There's also climate controlling and online payments, plus packing and moving supplies if you need them. One reviewer mentioned the staff worked with them through a hard time. It's the kind of place where people stay a while and don't have much to complain about.
