About Charter Oak Storage - Longs Pond
Charter Oak Storage sits on Longs Pond Road in Lexington, and it's locally owned and operated. The place offers boat and RV parking in various sizes alongside self storage units, and it's a gated facility. No stairs or elevators, so you walk straight up to your unit. Drive-up units are available, and some are heated and cooled. Reviewers keep coming back to cleanliness and easy access. One person renting for a year said the property is always clean and they feel safe loading and unloading there. Others call the rental process simple and quick. Most of the feedback is positive, though not all of it. One renter reported mice getting into stored belongings months after moving in, and a back and forth over a move-out was hashed out in the reviews. Worth reading the full comments before you commit.
