About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart on S State Rd is a self-storage facility in Ann Arbor that also handles boat and RV parking. Google reviewers give it 4.6 stars across 301 reviews, and the staff come up often. People describe them as helpful and responsive, and one reviewer mentions an attendant showing several units before they picked one. The property is gated with keypad entry and security cameras. Store your rig under cover or out in the open, and there are climate-controlled units inside if you are storing gear rather than the RV itself. Reviewers describe the units as clean, and one mentioned no bugs or rats after four months of storage. The online booking gets mentioned a lot. You can reserve, pay and rent without coming in, and follow-up calls are part of the process. Expect fees. More than one reviewer brings up the monthly rate and application charges, and one paid several months upfront to lock in a rate. One person parking a boat found debris left in the space and cleaned it themselves.
