About Inn Storage
Inn Storage is an all-indoor, temperature controlled self storage facility in Ann Arbor. The building suits cars, boats and other rigs that need to sit out of the weather, and the company also lists itself under RV and automobile storage. Reviews are mixed, and the details matter. Several people call the staff friendly and helpful, and one notes the indoor space was clean and orderly. A student renter liked the rate and said the bus routes made the place easy to reach. A boater got a refund at the one-year rate after selling his boat early, and the owner pointed him toward local fishing spots. Others had a rougher time. One reviewer said stored items picked up a musty smell over several years and got a short answer when asking about the fee. Another described a tight garage entrance where trucks can't easily pull in, and a small layout that takes some getting used to. Another said the rent went up after a verbal agreement. Expect a compact facility with dollies and hand trucks on hand.

What renters mention
“Great deals for students needing somewhere to park during the school year. Not too far out of the way if you only use your car every once in awhile plus it is very accessible from the bus routes.” – Samantha N., 10 years ago, on Google
“Reasonable student rate, lowest I can found locally. I saved boat here in a 1-year rate. The boat got sold before the 1 year period ended and they refunded the money at the 1-year rate, not at a higher one with a short period.” – qi g., 14 years ago, on Google
“I was directed to this facility to recover the last of my brothers estate. The owner Dale was a huge help to me while dealing with a Mich lawyer as I live in Florida.” – Les L., 8 years ago, on Google
