About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on FM 423 near Woodlake Pkwy, which puts it within easy reach for folks in Paloma Creek South, Prosper, Frisco, The Colony, and Hackberry. It's a self-storage facility, and the lot handles vehicle storage alongside regular units, so there's room for the trailer or boat as well as the household stuff. Reviewers keep coming back to how clean the place is. People mention well-kept grounds, organized layouts, and units that were ready and waiting with a lock when they showed up. Staff get named in reviews for walking people through the process without rushing them, and one long-term customer said the manager worked out a better rate to keep them around. A few reviewers note rate increases, and one mentions the interior buildings don't have many exits, so it's worth checking unit location if that matters to you. The rating is 4.9 across 483 Google reviews, and reservations can be made online or by phone.
