About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Charlotte that also takes trailers and boats. Units come in small, medium and large sizes, and the property is gated and lit. Accessible parking, entrance and restroom are on site. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. April gets named for walking people through their options, and Richard comes up for meeting folks at the unit to check the size. The online rental process draws praise for being easy, and the place gets called clean and well maintained. A few reviewers mention climate controlled units and a loading dock. Others note trailer and boat storage. One review is a dispute over a refund that went on for months, so it is worth reading the full reviews yourself.
