About Mini Mall Storage
The reviews keep mentioning the staff by name. Katrina and La'Mon come up again and again for being kind, helpful, and on top of things. One reviewer called the process smooth from start to finish, about 30 minutes. Another said the property is clean and feels secure, which is what you want when your rig is sitting there. For RV owners, they offer covered, indoor, and outdoor parking, plus boat storage. The facility is gated with security cameras, and 24/7 access means you're not stuck to office hours. Climate control is available for units that need it, and there's free truck use and a referral program mentioned in reviews. It's a self-storage place first, so don't expect a dedicated RV resort. Some reviewers had minor gripes about policy details, but the overall tone is positive. If you're near Charlotte and need a spot that's clean and staffed by people who actually seem to care, this is worth a look.

What renters mention
“My legacy impression of storage units were that they were dirty, in questionable areas, hot, and overpriced. I am pleased to say my experience with Mini Mall is the opposite on all counts. The facility and grounds are well kept.” – Chris B., 3 months ago, on Google
“I had a great experience with this storage facility, thanks in large part to Katrina, the property manager. She was professional, helpful, and available to answer any questions I had. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.” – Laquisha W., 5 months ago, on Google
“I need someone from corporate to know just how professional La'Mon was with me. I lost my keys sometime ago and I was nervous from the take over. He took me up to my unit and made sure I was safe and secure.” – Lillie S., 7 months ago, on Google
