About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Solano Way in Concord gets a lot of love in its reviews. With 760 ratings and a 4.9 average, people keep mentioning the same things: the place feels secure, the property manager Jax goes out of her way, and the rental process moves fast. One reviewer noted a quick transition to a smaller unit, and another appreciated the easy freeway access. The facility offers small, medium, and large units, with lit grounds and wheelchair access. Online rental and reservations are available, and a few reviewers mentioned a first-month-free deal. It's a self-storage spot that also handles RV and automobile storage, so you can park your rig alongside household goods. Not every review is glowing. Some folks had issues with rent increases and a rodent problem, so it's worth reading the full reviews and asking about policies upfront. But for many, the helpful staff and secure setup make it a solid choice in Concord.
