About Storelocal Storage
Reviewers keep coming back to two things here: how clean the place is and how helpful the staff are. Michele and Chris get named a lot. People describe walking in without an appointment, getting shown different unit sizes, and leaving with a lease sorted out the same visit. Security gets mentioned too. There are lots of cameras, the property is well lit, and access is explained when you sign up. Parking is ample, carts are on hand, and customers say the facility felt new and up to date. The rental process comes across as fast and smooth, and the app setup drew praise. One reviewer noted a downside with hours, so check the access schedule against your own. Climate-controlled and drive-up units are listed among the options, along with alarm monitoring and online payments. Reviewers also mention a customer bathroom on site.
