Public Storage

About Public Storage

This is a Public Storage location in Concord with a mix of unit sizes, from small lockers up to large 10x30 drive-up spaces that take a boat or vehicle. Some units are inside and climate controlled, which matters if you're storing gear that doesn't handle temperature swings well. The bigger ones sit outside with rollup doors and drive-up access, so you can pull a rig right to the door. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, often by name. Vianca and Bianca come across as patient and easy to talk to, walking people through the facility to pick a unit and helping set up accounts without rushing anyone. One longtime customer came back for a second smaller unit and got help working out the rate. People also mention clean units and a well-kept property. The spot is close to the freeway, and there's coded access. Booking online is an option, and you can reserve a space for free with no commitment. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. If you want a specific size, it's worth asking what's open before you drive over.
