About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits in Decatur and rents small, medium, and large storage units. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and the office keeps set hours rather than staying open around the clock. Reviewers talk about the staff more than anything else. Alex comes up often for walking people through the paperwork, insurance, locks, and unit choices. One customer says he stopped while driving past to show them how to open a unit, then swept it out. Ashley and Marcel get named too, for listening and following through. At 4.9 stars across more than 1,100 Google reviews, the feedback leans positive. People describe quick rentals, clean grounds, and a smooth move-in. A few mention affordable pricing and coming back for a second unit. Booking online is an option if you already know what size you want.
