About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Decatur and covers more than the usual boxes and furniture. The outside units run up to 10x30 with rollup doors and drive-up access, and the biggest ones are set up for a boat or vehicle. If you want your rig inside, there are climate-controlled indoor units too. A 10x20 outside unit with vehicle parking is another option. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Johnnie, Amy, Keyana and Annetta get named for being patient, polite and clear about policies, and one customer who showed up at closing still got help finding a unit. The office and units are described as clean. A few reviews mention rats and rough conditions in specific units, so look yours over before you sign. Reserving online is free with no commitment, and eRental lets you skip the counter on move-in day. The location is wheelchair accessible.
