About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility in Florence, Kentucky, and reviews land at 4.8 stars across 865 ratings. It's a general self-storage place, but the reviews mention campers and trailers going in too, along with small, medium, and large units. The facility is gated, and indoor and covered storage are both available. Reviewers talk up the rental process, calling it easy and the sign-up simple to follow. Staff get named thanks for walking people through unit options and helping them pick. A few reviewers pass along a warning worth reading. More than one says advertised rates went up not long after signing, and one person was told a unit was inside when it turned out to be outside. Others mention the gate code and snow clearing as things to check on. The online rental and kiosk come up as handy. Calling ahead about unit type and current pricing seems wise before you reserve.
