Public Storage, 4700 Stacy Rd

About Public Storage

Public Storage on the north side of McKinney handles RVs, boats, and cars along with regular household goods. You get covered, indoor, or outdoor spots, all behind a gate with keypad entry. The lot is lit and open 24 hours, so you can roll in late without worrying about the clock. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff. Robert and Nesha come up by name, usually for walking people through unit options or checking whether a better rate was available. The rental process gets called easy, and the facility clean. One person noted the app makes gate access simple, and another liked the carts for hauling gear. A few mention the call center can be a hassle, so talking to the front desk directly tends to go smoother. With 668 Google reviews and a 4.7 average, this location has a solid track record. If you need a spot for a rig that does not fit at home, it is worth a look.
