Extra Space Storage, 7634 Madison Ave

About Extra Space Storage

Extra Space Storage sits at 7634 Madison Ave on the south side of Indianapolis, near E Stop 11 Rd. It's a self-storage facility, and vehicle parking is one of the options here, so an RV can go outdoors on a gated lot. Small, medium and large units are available too. Reviewers tend to talk about the staff by name. Amanda and Jay get credit for replacing a lost lock without a fuss, and Jeff is mentioned for walking a longtime customer through their account. One renter traveling up from Florida said the team sorted out a reservation problem while the manager was away. Others like that the site stays clean and that the online sign-up and app are simple to use, with gate access working as it should. Not every review is glowing. One customer said their rate doubled after a few months and felt the promotional pricing wasn't spelled out at sign-up. Worth reading the terms closely before you commit. The facility is wheelchair accessible.
