About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on E Stop 11 Rd is a self-storage facility near Madison Ave, serving Rosewood, Southport, Richmond Hill and Greenwood. Along with standard small, medium and large units, it offers vehicle storage and some climate control and drive-up options. The office is staffed every day but Sunday. Most reviewers point to the staff. Jay, Amanda and Alyssa come up by name for helping with quick rentals, billing questions and stressful moves. People also describe the place as clean, with a secure location, Bluetooth and digital lock access, and an easy online rental process. Not every review is glowing. One mentions a drive-up space that turned out not to be drive-up, and another says rent doubled after six months. Reviewers also note a dumpster was removed from the site. Worth reading the recent reviews before you commit.
