About Public Storage
Public Storage on the west side of Indianapolis offers drive-up access for larger units and climate-controlled options inside. You can rent online and skip the counter, and the facility is open 24/7 for access. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, saying they're friendly and helpful. One customer called a team member "very caring and attentive." Others praise specific employees for their personal touch. But some reviews warn about rate increases after a few months and pest problems in at least one unit. A few people also had trouble reaching management by phone. It's worth reading the recent reviews before you commit.
