About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self storage facility in Jacksonville, Illinois, with small, medium, and large units listed among its services. The property sits behind a gate with coded keypad entry. Reviewers bring up cleanliness more than anything else, and several say the staff keep the grounds in good shape. Zach and Eric get named by a few people for being easy to deal with. One reviewer mentioned a sofa mishap that turned into help from the office. Entry through the keypad came up as slightly tricky for one customer until staff talked them through it by phone. Not everything lands well. A reviewer wrote that the monthly rate went up over the course of a year with no notice ahead of the payment due date. That is worth knowing before you commit. If you are storing a rig here, the reviews suggest the place is kept up and the people are responsive.
