About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in Lake Mary is a big facility. Reviewers say it's the largest they've seen, and the office hands out maps so you don't get lost. The place is clean and well maintained, and staff members like Aaliyah, Arnold, Jackie, and Michelle get named for being helpful and patient. Renting is quick, and the team is good about fixing mistakes, like when someone reserved the wrong unit type. You'll see staff driving through the property, which helps it feel secure. A few reviewers mention speed bumps and a rate increase after two months, so keep that in mind. The facility offers small, medium, and large units, and the office can help you pick the right size. It's wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly. Hours are posted, but it's not open 24/7.
