About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility at 4805 Summer Ave, near N Mendenhall Rd. Covered vehicle parking is one of the storage options here, and the grounds are lit. Climate control and drive-up access are also listed among the unit features. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially the manager, Ykisha. Several say she turned their opinion around after earlier visits fell flat, and one describes her cleaning out a dust-covered unit herself and getting a credit approved. Other reviews call the site clean and well lit and the online rental simple. A few mention a price increase that pushed them to move out, while calling the checkout process easy. What renters mention
“The new manager, Ykisha, there is absolutely wonderful and completely turned around my opinion of the place because The Customer Service before had not been the greatest and I always left not in the best of moods because they were not very…” – Rena F., a year ago, on Google
“The GM Ykisha went out of her way to resolve a major issue and I’m grateful for her efforts. The storage facility removed the carpet outside our unit and resulted in all of our belongings getting covered in a thick layer of fine dust.” – Glenn H., 4 months ago, on Google
“My experience was good here. I had to move my things out due to the price increase which is way higher than many storage units in the area but the process was very simple and easy. I just wanted to take a moment and thank Ms.” – Irene S., a year ago, on Google
