About Public Storage
This Public Storage on Summer Ave in Memphis has outdoor spots for RVs and boats, plus indoor climate-controlled units. It's open 24/7, so you can get to your rig whenever. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, saying they're polite and helpful. Ms. Bernice gets shoutouts for being kind and thorough. Aisha also comes up for going above and beyond. Not every review is glowing. Some folks report a broken gate and a rent increase without notice. Another reviewer called the backside of the property a homeless campsite. The office staff get praise even in some of the negative reviews. If you're comparing options, read the recent reviews and drive past to see the lot yourself. You can reserve online and use eRental to skip the counter. The company says it's been in business nearly 50 years. For RV owners, the draw is the drive-up outdoor parking and round-the-clock access. Just check the current condition and terms before you commit.
