About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Louise Way in Mt Washington, and it handles both self-storage and outdoor parking, including RV spaces. The gate runs on electronic access, and you can open it from a phone app over Bluetooth. A kiosk on site lets you check availability and start a rental without waiting on anyone. Reviewers tend to bring up the same things: clean units, a quick sign-up, and staff who answer questions. Pearl gets named a lot, described as knowledgeable and patient, and one person called her helpful and accommodating. Others point to the cleanliness and how well the grounds are kept. A few mention a sign-up fee and an insurance requirement, so expect both at the start. Not every review is glowing. One renter complained about rate increases within the first year. Worth reading the whole set before you commit. Drive-up access and wide aisles make getting a rig in and out less of a squeeze.
