About Extra Space Storage
A self storage spot on the Pleasanton side of things, and the reviews back it up: 4.9 stars across more than 1,100 Google reviews. Reviewers keep mentioning the same person, Vanessa, for being helpful from the first phone call through move-out. One said the office felt cleaner and more modern than other facilities they toured. The place rents small, medium, and large units, and it also shows up under RV, boat, and automobile storage, so there is room for more than just boxes. Reviewers talk about getting quoted over the phone and meeting the onsite manager the same day. Quick process comes up often, along with competitive rates and a safe-feeling facility. People mention visiting almost daily and feeling fine leaving their belongings there. A few note the first month free offer. Hours are posted but it is not a 24/7 gate. The office is wheelchair accessible and the team is described as welcoming.
