About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the Pleasanton side offers both indoor and outdoor units. The outdoor spots have rollup doors and drive-up access, and the larger ones (10x20 and 10x25) are set up for vehicle and boat parking. Smaller indoor units run from 5x5 up to 5x15. Reviewers tend to single out Roy, the property manager, for being helpful and keeping the place clean. People mention the rental process moving quickly, including booking online and skipping the counter. Others said staff took time to show units and explain things clearly. The property is open 24/7 and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. It's worth reading the negative reviews too. Some renters say promotional rates weren't honored and rents went up within a few months. A few also describe friction with staff over rules. Ask about rate terms before you sign.
