About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul spot on the Dublin side of the Tri-Valley handles both self-storage and vehicle parking. Indoor units are climate controlled, and there is outdoor drive-up space for rigs and boats. The property is gated and has cameras, with 24/7 access for renters. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One called it the best U-Haul experience they'd had after many moves, praising the manager and crew by name and noting the lot stays clean. Others mention how accommodating the team was when payments ran late, and how well they communicated through a move. The one consistent gripe isn't about the facility at all. A reviewer loved the storage but found the U-Haul app confusing, saying it kept asking them to confirm move-in and once led to reserving two units. Worth knowing if you plan to book online. Month-to-month rentals and contact-free move-in are offered.

“Dublin U-Haul Team, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the fantastic service I received during my recent move.” – brian c., a year ago, on Google
“I had a great experience with U-Haul's storage services. The staff was accommodating and made my overall storage process as smooth as possible. They were always communicative and kept me informed every step of the way.” – Kenitra H., 2 months ago, on Google
“The self storage facility is great, but I will give one star for the U-Haul app. The online moving process is strange. Every time you open the app, you have to confirm the move in for the storage, and that led to me reserving 2 units.” – Jini M., a year ago, on Google
