About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Lochdale Rd in Roslindale handles more than boxes. The facility lists vehicle storage alongside small, medium and large units, and it sits close to Washington St and the Arborway, so it draws renters from Jamaica Plain, Dedham and nearby towns. Reviews are mostly about the people. Wilson, Fred and Jay come up again and again for walking renters through the gate code, the payment policy and which unit actually fits. One reviewer said Fred showed them multiple units before deciding. Others call the space clean, well lit and easy to get into, with a good price on a large unit. It is not all praise. A long-term renter wrote about rat droppings in their unit and said a manager stepped in to resolve it. Read the full reviews if that matters to you. The site is wheelchair accessible, open set hours rather than around the clock, and reserving online is an option.
