About Storage Hub
Storage Hub sits at 9120 Grissom Road on the northwest side of San Antonio. It's a self-storage facility that also takes boats and RVs, with covered and indoor spaces among the options. Units are climate-controlled, which matters when Texas summer hits. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. Karen, the property manager, comes up again and again. People describe her as friendly, visible around the property, and quick to fix problems. One reviewer lost a locker key and had a replacement the same day. Others mention clear explanations and a fast, easy rental process. Rueben gets a nod too for sorting out an out-of-state move. The place has security cameras, and reviewers note the welcoming atmosphere and help showing units. With 306 Google reviews at 4.9 stars, the pattern is consistent: informative staff, straightforward leasing, and a manager who greets customers by name. Month-to-month leasing is offered, and the office is wheelchair accessible.
