About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the San Ramon side runs a self-storage facility that also lists RV, boat and automobile storage among its categories. The Google rating sits at 4.9 across more than 1,100 reviews, which is a lot of feedback for one location. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Jewel gets named for walking people through their questions, and Shay is credited with helping a renter sort out a move and resize a unit. Others mention the same-day switch to a bigger unit, with the old one refunded. The app that opens the gate comes up too, and people call it easy. Clean spaces and a safe-feeling facility show up in the review topics, along with a quick move-in process. Small, medium and large units are offered, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Hours are posted, so it is not a 24/7 gate. Reserve online or call ahead if you want to sort a unit before driving over.
