About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Fremont Drive in Sonoma, and the reviews keep circling back to one person: JB, the onsite manager. People call him kind, knowledgeable, and always around, often cleaning the grounds himself. Several mention he got them into a unit fast when they were in a crunch, and one reviewer says they stayed after Extra Space took over the facility just because he did. The grounds read as clean and well-maintained, and reviewers say they feel confident their belongings are secure. Signing up was quick, and the extended hours until 10PM come up as a real help. One customer consolidated two units into one with JB's help. Not everyone is a fan of the billing. A reviewer notes monthly fees rose after the company took over, then jumped again under what they describe as dynamic pricing, and they moved to a cheaper facility nearby. Worth asking about current rates before you commit.
