About Lakota Self Storage and Mini Office Suites

Lakota Self Storage sits in West Chester Township and rents self storage units plus mini office suites. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: the place is clean and the people in the office are helpful. One recent mover said it was the best storage experience they'd had after renting units all over the country. Staff get named in the reviews. Tracee and Tracy both come up for things like texting a customer about a failed autopay card and offering to fix it on the spot. Another reviewer said the manager is attentive. One office renter had a different experience with the owner, saying requests for information went unanswered and that rules seemed to vary between tenants, including a ban on leaving a car out front overnight. Units are temperature controlled, and one reviewer called the monthly rates just below what other spots charge. Access is 24/7 and the property is lit. A 24/7 customer service kiosk is on site. The facility holds 4.5 stars across 23 Google reviews.
