About LocalStorage
LocalStorage in St Charles runs a clean facility, and that is what reviewers bring up most. Several note it is cleaner than other storage places they have rented, and one calls it well maintained after years of renting there. Security comes up too, along with a sense that the value beats other units they have used. The setup is automated, with no staff on site for some interactions. One reviewer disliked that and wanted to pay a bill in person with cash. Others found management helpful and easy to work with, and a few describe the rental as professional and problem free. The location gets called convenient. Ratings sit at 4.2 from 17 reviews, so it is not a perfect score. Complaints about customer service show up alongside the praise. Units come in a range of sizes for residential or commercial use, short or long term. Prices are not listed here.
